⌨ A to Z MS Excel For Daily Work

CTRL + A    ALL select

CTRL + B    Apply Bold format to the text

CTRL + C    Copy the selected data.

CTRL + D    Duplicate the Data

CTRL + E    Activate Flash Fill

CTRL + F    Find

CTRL + G    Go to    

CTRL + H    Replace

CTRL + I    Apply Italic format to the text

CTRL + J     -

CTRL + K    Hyperlink

CTRL + L    Create Table

CTRL + M    -

CTRL + N    Create a New Black workbook

CTRL + O    Opens an existing Workbook

CTRL + P    Print the active sheet

CTRL + Q    Quick Analysis (If data is selected)

CTRL + R    Fill Right

CTRL + S    Save the Active Workbook

CTRL + T    Create Table

CTRL + U    Underline the selected text

CTRL + V    Paste cut or copied data/cells 

CTRL + W    Close Window

CTRL + X    Cut selected data

CTRL + Y    Redo the last Action (Repeat)

CTRL + Z    Undo the last Action

Shortcuts using Functions keys

F1    : Help
F2    : Edit
F3    : (Ctrl+F3 New Manager Window)
F4    : Absolute reference (In VLOOKUP makes rows and columns in your absolute)
F5    : Go To
F6    : Activate the tab for Switching between the worksheet
F7    : Checks the spelling and grammar
F8    : Turn extend mode for selection
F9    : worksheet gets recalculated 
F10    : Activate the Menu bar
F11    : Insert chart for selected data
F12    : Open Save as Dialogue box

Shortcuts with Navigation keys

Ctrl + Down Arrow ➡ Move to the last row of the worksheet (i.e. 1048576)
Ctrl + Up Arrow ➡ Move first row of the sheet (i.e. 1)
Ctrl + Right Arrow ➡ Move to Last Column (XFD)
Ctrl + Left Arrow ➡ Move to First Column (A)
Ctrl + Page Down ➡  To Move the Next Sheet
Ctrl + Page Up ➡ To Move into the previous Sheet

Other Shortcuts Which are useful in regular work

Alt = : Sum
Ctrl 1 : Format Cell window
Ctrl ~ : Shows the formula
Ctrl - : Delete the Cell/Column/Row

  Computer History Ancient Computers: The most ancient computer was Abacus. It was first automatic computer which was used for the purpose of calculating and counting. Blaise Pascal invented the Pascaline. this device could perform simple addition, subtraction multiplication division.
