In GCC-TBC Letter 30wpm format

  •  Use Total 6 Enters In 5 places (Refer the given Image)  
  •  Use minimum 3 and maximum 5 TABs in between Ref. No & Date (while typing the letter do not use any space direct you may use TABs)
  • Use 2 TABs for both Subject and Reference lines.
  • Use single TABs for Every Paragraphs.
  • Use Justify alignment for all paragraphs from alignment group.
  • Heading lines should be center alignment and 1st line of the heading should be Bold and Underlined.
  • Use Bold effect to the Subject and Reference.
  • Complimentary close: Indent 3.5; alignment: Center;
