30wpm letter format- GCC TBC

 GCC-TBC Letter :  30 wpm Total Time = 30 Min Total Marks = 15 Typing Marks = 7.5 Presentation Marks = 7.5  Type all details by seeing the letter given in your document (Do not give any format while typing)  In GCC-TBC Letter 30wpm format  Use Total 6 Enters In 5 places (Refer the given Image)    Use minimum 3 and maximum 5 TABs in between Ref. No & Date (while typing the letter do not use any space direct you may use TABs) Use 2 TABs for both Subject and Reference lines. Use single TABs for Every Paragraphs. Use Justify alignment for all paragraphs from alignment group. Heading lines should be center alignment and 1st line of the heading should be Bold and Underlined.   Computer History Ancient Computers: The most ancient computer was Abacus. It was first automatic computer which was used for the purpose of calculating and counting. Blaise Pascal invented the Pascaline. this device could perform simple addition, subtraction multiplication division. Modern Computers Charles Babbage: On 19th century (1837) English mathematician Charles Babbage created a machine for calculation purpose. He named it as a Analytical Engine.   Charles Babbage considered as " The father of computer/the father of modern day computing" Computer Generations: First Generation Computer (1940-1956) Vaccum tubes  (valves) were used Second Generation Computers: (1956-1963)   Transistors were used More speed as compared to first generation. Keyboard and its Parts

 KeyBoard Keyboard Functional Keys: F1-F12 Function keys are used to perform certain function. These keys acts like a shortcut. Function keys liked across top of the keyboard. For example F5 keys is used to refresh the current window Alpha Keys: a-z, A-Z These keys are also called, Typewriter keys, Standard typewriter, Alphabetical keys. Numeric Keys/Number keys: 0-9 Numeric keypad keys are used to type long sequence o numbers quickly. Navigation Keys: These keys are used to move around the Documents or web pages navigation keys are: Arrow keys, Home, End, Page up, Page down & Insert etc Toggle Keys: Toggle keys acts like two different input modes By making On & OFF. Toggle keys: Caps Lock, Num Lock & Scroll Lock. Combination Keys:  Combination keys are: Shift, Control and Alt. We use combinational key by combining one to another. for example for saving the document we press S by holding the Control   key.
